Not necessarily. We'll buy and configure a new one for a one-off £29.99, or transfer a domain you already own for £9.99 with no downtime. The £29.99 covers a standard .co.uk, .uk, .com or .store name — we pick one that suits the budget. Premium or unusual extensions (.ai, .io, one-word premium names) cost more, and we'll tell you the price before anything is bought. Or keep your domain exactly where it is and we'll point it at your new site. You can check what's free on the packages page or the enquiry form before you commit.

Who owns my domain, and what happens at renewal?

You own it — the domain is registered in your name, so if you ever leave, it goes with you. The £29.99 covers the first year plus setup and is not part of your monthly plan. After that the domain renews yearly and is billed separately at cost. Auto-renew is on by default so your site never disappears over a missed renewal; you can switch it off whenever you like and we'll warn you before it lapses. Renewal prices are set by the registry, not us — we pass on what it costs.

What happens after the first 12 months?

Loyalty pays. You automatically move onto a monthly rolling agreement at 35% off your plan price — Solo drops to £18.85, Standard to £25.35, Extra to £44.85 a month. Cancel anytime, or take your codebase and go, free.

How long does the 10% launch offer last?

Until October. Enquire before 1 October and 10% comes off your monthly price for your initial 12-month term. After that the 35% loyalty rate takes over, which is the better deal anyway.

How fast is priority build?

£9.99 one-off puts you at the front of the queue. Priority builds typically go live in 2–3 working days instead of 5–7, provided your brief, photos and copy are with us. It's a queue position, not a magic wand — if you go quiet, so does the clock.
